naran clair

NarAn Clair serves as Administrative Assistant and Good News Club Lead with CEF and has over a decade of experience — 2 years in San Diego City and 7 years in West Orange County. She lives in Los Alamitos/Rossmoor.

Her journey with CEF began when God led her to enroll her three children in a local Good News Club at a public elementary school. She started out praying for the club and volunteering as a snack helper.

NarAn has also served as a Kids Welcome Assistant at Cornerstone Church, co-led Women in the Word Bible Study, and volunteered with His Handiwork Guild. She enjoys seeing how God’s Word and faithfulness are evident in her life and witnessing how He unites volunteers and supporters to share the gospel with children. NarAn enjoys group fitness, line dancing, and baking. Her life verse is 1 Corinthians 12:7: “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.”

liz timblin

Liz Timblin serves as a Teacher Trainer with CEF and has been dedicated to teaching God’s Word to children for over a decade. She lives in Cypress, CA.

Her journey with CEF began when a friend invited her to help with a Good News Club in her home, which led to serving at Los Alamitos Elementary’s GNC. Liz is a credentialed teacher with experience in private schools, homeschooling her own children, and working at a public charter school. She has also served in children’s ministry at her church and has been the Children’s Pastor at Neighbors and Nations Christian Church for the past three years.

Liz loves teaching God’s Word, investing in children, and helping others succeed in the callings God has given them. She enjoys working alongside others who love God and want to share His love with children. Her favorite quote is: “He is no fool who gives up what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.” — Jim Elliot

christine hahm

Christine Hahm serves as Administrative Assistant with CEF and has been part of the team since 2012. She lives in Buena Park, CA.

Christine’s journey with CEF began through the impact Good News Clubs had on her own life growing up. She worked as a school nurse for six years before staying home to raise her children. About 13 years ago, God led her to start a Good News Club at her children’s school, and she developed a passion for bringing these clubs into public schools.

Christine has been involved in children’s ministry at her church for many years and values the teamwork and collaborative spirit of CEF volunteers. She enjoys swimming and reading. Her life verse is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

christina todd

Christina Todd serves as Event Coordinator with CEF. Her journey began with a memorable moment at a church Easter fair: while setting up, her toddler excitedly exclaimed, “Biiiig boat!” Though she tried to explain there was no boat, she looked up to see an ark. “Yes, honey, there is a big boat!” That moment reminded her that God loves to surprise us — and that CEF loves meeting children where they are.

Christina believes children are one of our greatest gifts and is passionate about helping each child know Jesus, who has guided her through amazing times, challenging moments, and countless lessons of love. She is blessed with an amazing husband, a spirited three-year-old son, two cats, and a close, loving extended family.

elizabeth krusic

Elizabeth Krusic serves as Communications Assistant with CEFWOC and has been a member of the team for 10 years. She lives in Los Alamitos, CA, with her husband of 15 years and their three children, two dogs, two birds, a lizard and a recently adopted cat.

Her first experience with CEF began when her children moved from a faith-based preschool to a public elementary school. Wanting them to continue learning about God during the school day, she connected with her daughter’s teacher to start a Good News Club at Hopkinson Elementary.

Elizabeth graduated from Long Beach State University with a degree in Journalism and Business and worked in digital and international film marketing before raising her family. She began reading the Bible at age 30 and completely gave her life to Jesus. She leads women Bible studies at her home, school and church and is passionate about helping children and their mothers grow in faith and understanding of God’s Word.

Nancy Yomogida serves as Committee Co-Chairperson and GNC Lead at Garden Park Elementary and has been involved with our organization for 6 years in Garden Grove. Nancy shares, “God has always put it on my heart to reach children with the love and salvation of Christ. Recently, God connected me with Child Evangelism Fellowship, which equips children to know Jesus and share Him with their friends.” She brings more than 15 years leading youth ministry, 20 years teaching children’s church, and 8 years teaching Release Time, and she loves finding creative ways to help children experience God’s love. Nancy is passionate about helping kids grow in faith, encouraging others in ministry, and stepping out in faith to see what God will do through new opportunities. Fun fact: She gave her heart to Jesus while living in Italy, and her life verse is Matthew 6:33 — “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

Eric Armstrong serves as Treasurer and has been involved with our organization for 15 years in Lakewood. As a trained child evangelist, he is passionate about discipling children and helping them grow in their faith. He is a retired computer programmer, serves as deacon of music for Grace Bible Chapel, and is a former elder of Westminster Bible Chapel. Eric also completed the CYIA training, equipping him to reach children effectively. He loves seeing kids develop a heart for Jesus and is always ready to encourage others in ministry. Fun fact: He once ran a nuclear reactor on a submarine, and his life verse is Matthew 28:18-20 — “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

Sean Combs serves as a Committee Member and has been involved with our organization for 3 years in Long Beach. He has a heart for kids’ ministry and is passionate about helping lead children to Jesus. He served briefly as Lead Youth Pastor at the Dream Center Long Beach Church and loves encouraging kids to memorize Scripture. Sean also helps coordinate our chapter prayer meetings, believing that prayer fuels every ministry. He enjoys seeing children grow in their faith and is always ready to step in wherever support is needed. Outside of ministry, he loves surfing at Dog Beach with his dog. Sean is inspired by Matthew 19:14 — “Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
